✨ PROPEL 2026: The Power of Color ✨
150 women in the room. One incredible morning of connection, inspiration, and encouragement.
The Albany Area Chamber of Commerce was honored to host PROPEL 2026: The Power of Color this morning at Sherwood Church.
We were inspired by Molly King of The House of Color, who shared the power of understanding our colors and how embracing what makes us uniquely ourselves can build confidence and help us show up as our best selves.
We were also incredibly inspired by Mary Catherine Kinney, Albany native and Executive Vice President of Artist & Label Strategy at Republic Records, as she shared her personal journey and the path that led her to where she is today. Her message reminded us that not everything in your story is going to be planned—and that's okay. Sometimes the unexpected turns, challenges, and opportunities along the way become the most meaningful parts of our story.
From discovering the power of our personal colors to hearing Mary Catherine's story of perseverance, growth, and embracing the unexpected, today's event left us reminded of the importance of confidence, authenticity, and continuing to move forward.
A very special thank you to our incredible sponsors who helped make PROPEL possible:
