Good afternoon, Alexander families!
As you can tell from the photo, we are all very excited to see you tomorrow morning! Since the first day of school is always one of the busiest days of the year, please be patient with us as we kick off the new school year. Bus Riders: Please be ready at your bus stop 5-10 minutes earlier than your scheduled pick-up time. Car Riders: Please give yourselves extra time for drop-off and pick-up. Traffic will be very heavy, and student safety is our top priority. See you in the morning!

This is a message for Tri-County students. For Tuesday and Wednesday (8/18 and 8/19) only, buses will pick up and drop off students at three locations. New Marshfield Post Office at 6:50 a.m./ 3:10 p.m. Alexander JHHS 7:10 a.m./ 2:50 p.m. Shade Community Center 7:30 a.m./ 2:35 p.m.

2026–27 Spartan Athletic Passes Spartan Athletic Passes are $100!
Passes will be available for purchase at the following Open Houses on Monday, August 17, 2026:

🏫 Junior High & High School Open House
🕧 12:30–2:00 PM

🏫 Elementary Open House
🕔 5:00–7:00 PM

Your $100 Spartan Athletic Pass is good for ALL Alexander Junior High and High School HOME athletic events for the entire 2026–27 school year!
Regular admission at Alexander athletic events is $6 per ticket, making the Spartan Pass a great value for families who attend multiple home games throughout the year.

Payment: Cash or check
Checks should be made payable to Alexander Local Schools
Please note: OHSAA tournament games hosted at Alexander are excluded.

Alexander Local School District is transitioning to a new routing system for student transportation. - Transfinder - The system is sending out an email to students' parents with their proposed morning and afternoon routes tomorrow. The system is also sending out an email to parents that don't have school transportation set up with instructions to contact the school to set it up if you need to. If you do not receive an email by Thursday please contact your school office or the transportation office. You can update your email in Infinite Campus if needed.

Greetings Parents,

The Infinite Campus parent portal is now open for annual records updates for the 2026-27 school year. When you log in to Parent Portal you will immediately be directed to update information for your students for the coming school year. If you need any assistance with your portal login, please submit a help desk ticket (here : [email protected]) or click the "support button" on the lower right hand corner of our website homepage. Student course and classroom assignments are currently not available as final scheduling is not complete. They should be available starting in early August. Supply lists are available on our website here: https://www.alexanderschools.org/page/backtoschool

The district will be transitioning a new automated bus routing system starting this school year. The system relies on accurate information within the Infinite Campus System. We have added a new check box in the annual records update which will allow you to specify either yes or no if your students will need school transportation provided by the district.

We are still using the same school app. The company renamed the "rooms" app to "connect".
