🎶🏆 What a way to begin the season! 🏆🎶

The Albany Marching Band was moved up to Class AA this summer and rose to the challenge in impressive fashion. Competing against six other talented bands in Class AA at the Litchfield parade, Albany earned 1st Place in its very first competition in the new class!

Congratulations to our student musicians, directors, and supporters for their hard work, dedication, and outstanding performance. We are proud to see Albany represent our community with excellence and pride.

Way to go, Huskies! 🥁🎺🎷

The BECC Walking Track will be closed on Friday, June 19, in observance of the Juneteenth holiday.

Regular walking hours will resume on Monday, June 22, from 8:00 am-4:00 pm.

We are so grateful for the Albany Area Education Foundation!

AAEF grants help bring hands-on, real-world learning opportunities into our schools.

In 2023, AAEF funded a CNC Router and 3D carving program, giving students experience with design, engineering, woodworking, and manufacturing technology.

Students have since used these skills to create custom co****le boards featured in Purple Pride auctions while continuing to explore creative and technical classroom projects.

This is exactly the type of innovation AAEF exists to support. 💜
