Project TEACH is proud to present a unique training opportunity for New York State providers who work with perinatal individuals that are at risk of developing perinatal depression.

ROSE (Reach Out Stay Strong Essentials) is an evidence-based, 5-session program that has been shown to significantly reduce the likelihood of developing perinatal depression. During the program, providers teach patients about the symptoms of postpartum depression, managing the transition to motherhood, managing relationships, self-care, assertiveness, and goal-setting.

ROSE can be delivered in person or via telehealth, in groups or one-on-one. Participants will also have access to ongoing group consultation and Project TEACH's warmline for implementation support.

Maternal Mental Health (MMH) topics are led by a Project TEACH reproductive psychiatrist or perinatal psychologist and are available to any agency in New York State that supports perinatal patients.

Child & Adolescent Mental Health topics are led by a Project TEACH child & adolescent psychiatrist and/or a primary care clinician, and are offered to pediatric and family medicine practices in NYS.
