Join Adopt A Park this Saturday, October 10th, for the 16th annual Great Willamette Cleanup, presented by Willamette Riverkeeper.

The Great Willamette Cleanup is a one-day event where Willamette Riverkeeper pairs with organizations throughout the valley to run both on-land and on-water trash cleanups along the banks of the Willamette River. This is a day to celebrate our beloved river, find community in our fellow volunteers, and make a meaningful impact for the health and beauty of the Willamette.

Here in Albany, we'll be doing on-land cleanups at both the Takena Landing Trail and Bowman Park from 10 AM-12:30 PM.

If you're interested in joining us for a fun day of cleaning up the Willamette River, register for the location you want to cleanup at willametteriverkeeper.org/great-willamette-cleanup

Oregon White Oak, shrubs, and camas flowers now call that field home, and we are so excited to see it grow into a thriving natural space. A big thank you to every staff member and volunteer that came together to make this possible!
