The Office of Developmental Disabilities Services (ODDS) and the Oregon Department of Human Services Office of Equity and Multicultural Services (OEMS) are assessing service equity at ODDS and in Oregon’s I/DD services. As part of this work, they are conducting a survey. The survey will improve their understanding of how I/DD services are being delivered and areas that need improvement.
