The MPCA is starting the process of updating the animal feedlot rule, which regulates about 17,000 sites. On June 24th, 2025, from 2:30pm – 4:30pm at Riverland Community College (Albert Lea), there will be an in-person informational presentation that will include a history of feedlot rules, a summary of current requirements, reasons for change, technical standards, expected timeline, and more.
