✝️ Victory Update

First and foremost, we give all praise, thanksgiving, and glory to God. 🙌 Without His hand of protection and guidance, none of this would be possible.

We also want to thank each and every one of our private members, supporters, and community friends who prayed for us, wrote letters, made phone calls, donated, and stood firmly beside our family and our farm. You stood up not only for us, but for the God-given right of families to choose where and how they get their food.

Today we can share some very good news:
📜 The Virginia Department of Health has officially nonsuited their case against us in Campbell County Circuit Court. This means the September 22nd hearing has been canceled, and—for now—the case is dismissed.

While this dismissal is “without prejudice” (meaning they could try again), this moment is a clear sign that your voices and prayers made a difference. It’s proof that when a community stands together in faith and conviction, we can defend our freedoms.

We will remain watchful, prayerful, and steadfast. Our family and our PMA will continue to serve our members with honesty, integrity, and the very best food we can raise.
