Monday update - Meridian Waste residential garbage pick up will not run today and will be delayed one day the remainder of the week.

Albertville curbside recycling is running this morning.

⚠️: Due to the concern for potentially hazardous road conditions tonight into tomorrow, municipal offices are closed, Monday, January 26. Tuesday plans will be announced, tomorrow.

**Meridian Waste •currently• plans to operate on a delayed schedule Monday. This could change pending morning road conditions. As updates are made available, they’ll be shared.**

Municipal offices are closed Monday, January 19th, in observance of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Day. Residential garbage and recycling routes will not be affected. We will reopen Tuesday, January 20th.

We also pause to honor Dr. King’s enduring legacy of service, compassion, and unity, and to reflect on the importance of working together to strengthen our community.

Last Friday we took a trip to Scott’s Orchard and stopped for lunch at Mildred's in Ardmore— everything was wonderful as always. After all that excitement and good food, it was hard to keep our blood sugars in check! 🍎
