Completed a regrade on this lawn a few weeks ago. Reshaped the front lawn to ensure positive drainage away from the house, created a swale to direct water away from the fence, then moved the excess dirt to fill in a low area at the back of the house. Turned out nice. Now it’s ready for seeding.
