During National Police Week 2026, we pause to honor the officers who serve with courage today and remember those who made the ultimate sacrifice.
Behind every badge is a person who chooses service over self, duty over comfort, and courage over fear.
To our officers โ€” and to the families who support them โ€” thank you for your strength, your sacrifice, and your commitment to protecting our community.

This week, we honor the men and women who serve as Correctional Officers โ€” the often unseen, but always essential, guardians of safety within our justice system.

Correctional Officers face challenges most people never witness, yet they show up every day with professionalism, courage, and a commitment to maintaining order and protecting both staff and inmates. Their work is demanding, critical, and deeply appreciated.

To our Correctional Officers; thank you for your dedication, your resilience, and your service. Your efforts make a difference, and we are grateful.
