The Planning Commission's regularly scheduled August 10th meeting is cancelled and September's regularly scheduled meeting will be moved to September 21st at 6p.m. at the Parma Township Hall, located at 16407 Comdon Rd Albion, MI49224.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PROPOSED ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT FOR WIND PARKS

The Parma Township Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Monday August 17th, 2026, at 6p.m., at the Parma Township Hall, 16407 Comdon Rd Albion, MI 49224, to consider a proposed amendment to the Zoning Ordinance that revises and adds regulations governing the placement and operation of Wind Parks in the Township. A copy of the proposed ordinance amendment is available for inspection during ordinary business hours at the Parma Township Hall and will be available for inspection at the public hearing. Written comments on the proposed ordinance amendment will be received at the Township Hall prior to the public hearing or at the public hearing. Parma Township will provide auxiliary aids or services to individuals with disabilities. People needing such services should call or write the Township Clerk not less than four (4) business days before the public hearing.

The Parma Township Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Monday August 17th, 2026, at 6:15p.m., at the Parma Township Hall, 16407 Comdon Rd Albion, MI 49224, to consider a proposed amendment to the Zoning Ordinance that revises and adds regulations governing the placement and operation of Data Centers in the Township. The ordinance amendment contains the following catchlines: Section 1. Amendment to Article VIII (Standards for Data Centers as Conditional Land Use); Section 2. Amendment to Article IV (Data Centers in Industrial Zoning District); Section 3. Severability; Section 4. Repeal and Form; and Section 5. A copy of the proposed ordinance amendment is available for inspection during ordinary business hours at the Parma Township Hall and will be available for inspection at the public hearing. Written comments on the proposed ordinance amendment will be received at the Township Hall prior to the public hearing or at the public hearing. Pursuant to PA 267 of 1976 as amended; For Early Voting the Concord, Parma and Pulaski Township’s Public Accuracy test for the August 4th 2026 Election will be held on Tuesday July 14th, 2026, at 11 am at the Parma Township Hall, 16407 Comdon Rd Albion, Michigan.
The Public Accuracy test is conducted to determine that the program and the computer being used to tabulate the results of the election counts the votes in the manner prescribed by law.

Pursuant to PA 267 of 1976 as amended; The Parma Township Public Accuracy test for the August 4th, 2026, Election will be held on Tuesday July 14th, 2026 at 2:00 pm at the Parma Township Hall, 16407 Comdon Rd Albion, Michigan.

NOTICE: Pursuant to PA 267 of 1976 as amended; The Parma Township Election Commission will hold a Public Meeting at 12:00 P.M., on Monday, July 6th, 2026 at the Parma Township Hall, 16407 Comdon Rd. Albion MI. The purpose of the meeting is to appoint Poll Inspectors and Election Assistants, for the August 4th, 2026 Election, for both Parma Township’s Polling Precinct and Concord, Parma and Pulaski Township’s Early Voting Precinct.
