On Wednesday April 22nd from 1:30pm-3:30pm Boone Central Schools will be hosting a Mock Car Crash for students with assistance from Albion Fire & Rescue, Albion Police, Boone County Sheriff, Nebraska State Patrol & Life Flight helicopter. You will hear sirens at this time. Columbia street will be blocked off the evening of April 21st from 4th to 5th street in front of the high school, until the drill is completed.

BIKE AND SUMMER SAFETY TALK

The Boone County Sheriff’s Office will be working alongside the Albion Police Department this week in talking with students at Boone Central about bike and summertime safety. Sheriff Denny Johnson and Officer Michael Lipker spoke with the Boone Central Kindergarten classes today and would like to wish all students and staff a safe and fun summer!! 🚲 🏊‍♀️ ⛺️ 🛶
