Boys Golf results from the NSAA Class C State Golf Tournament at Indianhead Golf Course on May 27th and 28th.

The Team competed hard for two days of top level competition marking the first time our boys have qualified since 2004.

A celebratory season ending with a district runner-up and as state qualifiers.

Individual and Team Results:

Riley Nelson----- Day 1: 81 Day 2: 78. Total: 159. 42nd Place Individually
Jace Rasmussen---- Day 1: 83 Day 2: 81. Total: 164. Tied for 62nd Place Individually
Dalton Rolf------ Day 1: 86 Day 2: 89. Total: 175. Tied for 87th Place Individually
Preston Ho**er----- Day 1: 93 Day 2: 91. Total: 184. 95th Place Individually
Dayton Choat------ Day 1: 99 Day 2: 131. Total: 230. 99th Place Individually

Team: Day 1: 343. Day 2: 339. Total: 682. Finishing 15th as a team

Last week at the NSAA Class C State Track Meet, our kids had a good competitive showing and ended the meet with 4 medalists:

•4th Place girls 4x100 relay 49.06 another new school record - Sophie Lyon, Addy Hedlund, Reagan Ho**er and Ciara Baker

•5th pace Brogan Benes 200m 22.31

•8th place Addy Hedlund 100H 15.25, her prelim time of 15.05 was her second fastest of the season. Addy also set the school record in the 300h with a 46.70.

•8th place Austin Dodds 300H 40.81 a full second faster than his season best from districts.

All of our kids competed hard, and overall we performed very well.

On the season the boys added 5 marks to our All Time Top 5 list and 2 school records (Brogan 100 & 200). The girls had a very successful season and added 8 marks to the All Time Top 5 and 3 school records (Addy 100H & 300H and 4x100).

🚨State Qualifiers! 🚨

A great day for the Cardinals today at the NSAA C-2 District Golf Tournament.

The Cards finish as the District Runner up shooting a team score of 355 on a course that played tough all day in Columbus.

Riley Nelson led the way with a 5th place finish (81) and Jace Rasmussen in 10th place (86). Rounding out scoring were Dalton Rolf (92), Preston Ho**er (96) and Dayton Choat (107)

The boys will compete next week at the State Championships at Indianhead in Grand Island.
