Hello. I recently moved back to New Mexico and would like to get more connected with my community. Do you know when the Highland center will re-open? Lol.
Best wishes and I am so.... glad to be back. Be well.

Maybe you could have some information about the COVID vaccine since this is what most seniors are concerned about now. I don't see a word about it. I spent hours yesterday trying, unsuccessfully, to find out where I could get a shot besides the DOH website.
Hi Senior Affairs. Please post some prominent info about where people can donate to needy seniors so we can easily help and share

Thank you Albuquerque for doing a drive through meet and greet for your most loyal customers, being shuttered since COVID started has been a loss the coffee and treats really made Shirleys day , she can’t stop talking about it ... she misses you so .. much love
Stories of America’s DEPRESSION BABIES are rarely told – but, finally, some of their stories HAVE been written, by Albuquerque author Lloyda Albach in her current book, "Bedtime Stories for a Lady of a Certain Age." -- It is available most places that books are sold, including at Barnes & Noble and Page 1 bookstores, and is just $12.95 on Amazon at:
https://www.amazon.com/Bedtime-Stories-Lady-Certain- Age/dp/1641388110/ref=sr_1_1?crid=1H848V2CW34GR&keywords=bedtime+stories+for+a+lady+of+a+certain+age&qid=1561242122&s=books&sprefix=bedtime+stories+for+a+la%2Cstripbooks%2C172&sr=1-1
-- Her book is bringing smiles to older folks – both ladies and men. She says, for example: “When I write about slipping south, it’s not about crossing the Mason-Dixon Line, it’s about my skin slipping south in a surprising number of areas!” 😊
-- The book has been published (in LARGE print) by Page Publishing in New York and makes a great gift for an older friend!
-- Are depression babies our “lost” American generation? They’re not the “Greatest Generation,” born before 1928 – but they are truly named our “Silent Generation,” born to Depression parents (1929-1939). Worth reading!
