📢 Correction Notice

We’d like to issue a quick correction regarding a letter recently mailed to property owners enrolled in the "10-Month Property Tax Payment Agreement." The notice incorrectly stated that monthly payment coupons would no longer be utilized beginning in 2027. Monthly payment coupons will actually be discontinued starting this year.

📬 Please disregard the incorrect date in the original notice. We appreciate your understanding. Thank you! 😊

Heads up, Bernalillo County! 📬 The Treasurer’s Office will start sending out delinquent property tax notices on June 10. If your property taxes aren’t up to date, you’ll get one — but the biggest concern is for properties that are three years or more delinquent. Those properties could be transferred to the State and put up for auction!
