ATTENTION RELAY NEW MEXICO USERS-POTENTIAL DELAYS IN RELAY SERVICE: Hamilton Relay & Hamilton CapTel are working to ensure that all Relay call centers across the country are staffed and prepared for Hurricane Issac. Based on weather forecast models, it appears that Tropical Storm Isaac will develop into a category 1 hurricane before making landfall on the Louisiana coast which is anticipated to happen Tuesday evening into Wednesday morning. As a result, several precautionary steps to ensure that we are prepared. Hamilton Relay management is continuously monitoring the situation and is in constant communication so as to remain abreast of the latest weather forecasts and provide updates on staffing planning in each center. We will share more information as it is available.
