Team Kirtland Medical Group Kirtland Medical Group provides medical support to Kirtland Air Force Base. For any medical emergency please call “911” or go to your nearest Emergency Room.

If you need to speak with the Patient Advocate please call 505-249-2675 from 0730-1630 M-F. If you reach the voicemail please leave a message and you will be contacted within one business day.

📢 Important Update for MHS GENESIS Patient Portal Users

If you use the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal to manage healthcare for your spouse or family members, you need to take action to keep your shared permission access active. The portal now uses myAuth, a new, secure log-in.

Your DS Logon permissions will not transfer automatically. You must manually update your permissions. To keep managing your family's health records, log in at https://bit.ly/4jCNlSZ, select Manage Relationships, and update your permissions.

Laboratory Services

Our Laboratory is currently experiencing a temporary MHS GENESIS issue affecting the processing and reporting of laboratory tests.

Our team is using established downtime procedures and continuing to process orders while the issue is being resolved. Some laboratory results may be delayed during this time.
