We’d like to wish Stephanie Griego well as she embarks on a new journey. She has done so much for our agency, and has gone above and beyond for survivors, volunteers, co-workers, and her community. We are sad that she’s leaving, but are very proud and excited for her as she takes on something new! ❣️

With that in mind, our anew Volunteer Services Director Vicki Cummings for stepping in the role! We are also very excited that she’s going to be apart of the team!

Great things are happening here at RCC, and we have a wonderful team upon us!

We sometimes might forget to reflect on ourselves for the things we consistently put on to others.

Here’s your Monday motivation to promote a more positive week for yourself. Some days we may be engrained to focus on the toxic behaviors of others, and blame them for the negative energies in the world - but let’s also take a moment to recognize those toxic behaviors we may also be contributing. A happy life comes from a positive mind. By taking a step back, analyzing what we’re feeling, sitting in those emotions for a bit, and then adjusting our behavior; we can move forward towards a more positive outlook on the day to follow.

Remember, you are not alone. We are here to help, support and advocate for you. Call our counseling department to see how you can make an appointment with us.
