Right now this room is just studs, framing, and plastic sheeting. Soon it’s going to be full of New Mexico chile, squash, beans, and produce, staged and ready to roll out to schools, hospitals, and food banks across the state.
Every wall in this building has a job to do: receiving, cold storage, sorting, packing. It looks like a construction site today.
⏰In 25 days, it’s a working food hub.💪

Right now this room is just studs, framing, and plastic sheeting. Soon it’s going to be full of New Mexico chile, squash, beans, and produce, staged and ready to roll out to schools, hospitals, and food banks across the state.

Every wall in this building has a job to do: receiving, cold storage, sorting, packing. It looks like a construction site today.

We're teaming up with Singleton Schreiber to make sure South Valley students head back to school with everything they need! Come join us for a morning of community, giving, and good food!
