Clinic Manager (FT)
CNPCA is seeking an experienced, compassionate, and mission-driven Clinic Manager to oversee the daily operations of our medical clinics across multiple locations. The Clinic Manager is responsible for ensuring efficient clinic operations, supporting medical and administrative staff, maintaining regulatory compliance, and delivering exceptional client care in a welcoming and respectful environment.
This leadership position requires a highly organized professional with strong communication, problem-solving, and supervisory skills. The Clinic Manager will work closely with the Executive Director, Medical Director and center staff to ensure consistent, high-quality services across all clinic locations.
Center Director Albuquerque (FT)
The Center Director provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for all aspects of center operations, including programs, administration, staff, volunteers, facilities, and community partnerships. This role ensures the effective delivery of services, fosters a positive and collaborative culture, and advances the organization's mission through operational excellence and community engagement.
The Center Director is responsible for guiding program ex*****on, developing and supporting staff and volunteers, managing budgets and resources, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and applicable regulations. Working closely with clients, community partners, and organizational leadership, the Director builds strong relationships, identifies opportunities for growth and improvement, and ensures services remain responsive to community needs.
Success in this role requires strong leadership, sound judgment, exceptional communication and organizational skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement, accountability, and effective stewardship of organizational resources.
Center Assistant for Rio Rancho Location (PT)
We are seeking a compassionate, organized, and dependable Center Assistant to support the Center Director in the day-to-day operations of our pregnancy center. As the first point of contact for clients, volunteers, and visitors, this position plays a vital role in creating a welcoming, respectful, and caring environment for everyone who enters our center. The Center Assistant provides administrative support, manages front desk operations, coordinates with volunteer receptionists, and helps ensure the efficient daily operation of the center while maintaining client confidentiality.
