Last night at Gravity we had a great turnout for The Big Game Party! This event is an example of what I hope all our events will be. Great food, new faces, people playing games, and lots of laughing. We have some big plans at Gravity in 2025. In the next two months we are planning a Super Bowl party, a square dance party and an anti-valentines day event. Within 2025 we are also planning a trip to Colorado (or 2 or 3), paintball, a rafting trip, zoo/aquarium day trip, Sante Fe on the train, basketball game a the Lobos event center, game nights, instructional classes and much more! I am optimistic about building a wider community of airmen in 2025 and I encourage you to get involved with us and be a part of it.

Gravity will be open from 1730-2030 tonight and tomorrow night. I’m planning to play some card games and have the TNF game on between the Bears and Seahawks. Come out and join our family this evening. We will also make popcorn and have some BBQ little smokies to snack on.

We had a fun white elephant gift exchange at Gravity this evening. Christmas music, desserts, and lots of gift stealing....

We had a fun white elephant gift exchange at Gravity this evening. Christmas music, desserts, and lots of gift stealing. In the end, I think everyone walked away happy. A special thanks to Kirtland chapel and the first sergeants who provided the gifts for our party!

NEW regular open hours at Gravity for December. We will be open every Thursday and Friday from 1730-2030.

Council meetings will still be on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday at 1700.

Dungeons & Dragons will still meet on the 2nd and 3rd Friday at 1730.

Finally, the last Friday of each month will still provide dinner and a gaming tournament at Gravity free of charge. Please bring a friend or your family and come out to enjoy the enlisted community while playing games, watching a movie, or enjoying a free meal!

A huge thank you to all the volunteers who brought delicious desserts to Gravity for our ‘Charlie Brown Thanksgiving.’ The night started off slow but it really turned into a great night. We had 25+ airmen stop by and most of them stuck around and played pool, watched football, or enjoyed their dessert while watching a movie. Here are some pictures from this event. I think the new mood lighting helped people to hang around and led to a more relaxed atmosphere.
