Game Over - DWI Campaign

The Bernalillo County Department of Behavioral Health Services and the DWI Planning Council launch a new DWI campaign capitalizing on nostalgia and reality, titled Game Over. The campaign is aimed to curb drunk driving among young people ages 21-35 within the county.

Bernalillo County partnered with Lavendr, a new local ad agency, to create a campaign that would capture the attention of millennials and Generation Z.

You've been stuck inside for a year...time for a night out! You only have one life. Drinking and driving means game over.

What to do this weekend? Well, tomorrow from 7 a.m. - 7 p.m. is your last chance to visit our extended outdoor exhibit "Enchiladas: A Global Journey to New Mexico."
Visit us for a taste of local history along the agricultural fields on the grounds of Gutiérrez Hubbell House History & Cultural Center, a Bernalillo County Parks, Recreation and Open Space facility at 6029 Isleta Blvd SW.
Visitors can explore the varied origins and paths to New Mexico of key elements in our local foods. We’ll examine Pueblo agricultural trade and innovation, the impact of Spanish colonization on local crops and foods, and the influence of changing technology on what ingredients are available to New Mexicans.
The exhibit tells the story of how generations of farmers and cooks adopted, adapted, and embraced foods from around the globe to create the unique and recognizable flavors that New Mexicans treasure as our local culinary traditions.
Find out more about the exhibit, guided tours, and accompanying programs at www.bernco.gov/EnchiladaExhibit.
