We are a food pantry that provides FREE groceries to families/individuals once a calendar month. We provide FREE food to people in need.

The Storehouse food pantry gives out and average of 60 meals per family per visit. We are a private food pantry, not a government agency, so we rely on donations for our operation. Changes in food supply will result in changes to what foods are available. Please bring a valid Photo ID card or driver’s license for all adults in the household, and a birth certificate/school registration card for all minor children in the home.

Heads up! ALL CAR SHOW participants MUST ENTER the parking lot from Candelaria Road this year. Follow our signs, and our attendants will direct you where to park.

Is it your first time coming to the Storehouse? We try our best to make your visit as simple and seamless as possible! Here's what you should know:

1️⃣ When you arrive, please take a number from the machine directly to the right inside the front door.
2️⃣ Once you have your number, please take a registration form from the middle area of the front desk. Yellow forms are in English, blue forms are in Spanish.
3️⃣ Please have a seat and fill out your form while you wait for your number to be called.
4️⃣ When your number is called, head to the front desk where our staff will finish your registration and provide you with a cart token.
5️⃣ Head outside and around the south side of our building. Our door attendant will be there to receive your cart token and give you your cart of groceries.

Shoutout to these volunteers from the Kiwanis Club of Albuquerque!

The Kiwanis Club of Albuquerque is a local service club branch of Kiwanis International whose mission is "Improving the World one Child and one Community at a Time." On the day of their visit they helped us to feed many local children and families in our community by packing boxes full of nonperishable items. They certainly turn their words into action!

Thank you to the Grow the Growers program for donating these BIG, BEAUTIFUL heads of bok choy to the Storehouse! 🥬

There was a lot of buzz in the food pantry as our volunteers were packing these huge veggies into carts, marveling over the size. We are sure our clients enjoyed them as well!

Bok choy is a type of Chinese cabbage rich in vitamin C and calcium, which is very important for bone health. It's mild in flavor and can be cooked in a variety of ways. You can steam it, sauté it, or throw it in soups for extra nutrition and a delightful crunchy texture!

Grow the Growers a tuition-free education program offered for individuals interested in farming. Offered through Bernalillo County NM, the program helps individuals learn a variety of farm production and business operation methods. Grow the Growers participants also work with partner farms to enhance their educational experiences.
