This is a fulltime job requiring a High School diploma or GED plus eight years’ experience in building inspections or construction of commercial, industrial, residential buildings or related structures; three of the eight years must be at a journeyman or foreman level or equivalent.
Education is interchangeable as follows: a maximum of two (2) of the eight (8) years' experience required may be substituted by 60 credit hours related to building inspection/construction curriculum from an accredited college of technical school. Albuquerque’s Planning Department launched a new website today for short-term rental property owners (like Airbnb and Vrbo) to get permits and to pay their share of lodgers’ taxes and hospitality fees. There is also a 24/7 hotline with the website allows community members to report any issues or concerns with a short-term rental property. More in the link below:
