NMRHCA History
NMRHCA was established in 1990 to provide health care coverage to retirees of New Mexico state agencies and eligible participating public entities. Approximately 300 public entities including cities, counties, universities and charter schools participate in NMRHCA. The agency provides medical plans for both non-Medicare and Medicare-eligible retirees and their dependents as well as dental, vision and life insurance. The Authority currently provides coverage to approximately 62,000 retirees and their dependents. The Authority is governed by an 11-member Board of Directors ("Board").

Can you post the Delta Dental plan booklet on the NMRHCA website ASAP? Just learned today that our United Concordia plan ends this Tuesday, June 30, 2020. Who is the contact person at Delta Dental so we get more information about plan coverage? Thank you. Don & Rose Ditmore.
Your letter dated June 1, 2020, arrived today - June 27. This letter let us know that NMRHC has dropped United Concordia, effective July 1, 2020. We have been with United Concordia for over 20 years. Even though your office is closed, why did you not post this notice here on Facebook? Or send us an email?
My husband has upcoming dental appointments for implants that had to be rescheduled due to Covid. We don't even know if our dentist accepts Delta Dental and if he is in-network or out-of-network.
We also don't know what coverage Delta Dental provides. Do they cover the PPE fees many dentists are now charging? Who are their contact people? Is this information available on the NMRHCA website and is it current?
Another major concern is cost. While the increase is relatively small for the next 6 months, what will our monthly rate be effective January 1, 2021? Like many retirees, we are on a fixed income and it would help us to plan ahead.
We have been pleased with NMRCA over the years, but we really think this switch could have been planned better. Thank you. Don & Rose Ditmore
Anybody else having trouble accessing their Express Scripts account. I get a message that my benefit plan has ended. 🤨
Waiting for my 1099, have they been mailed?
Thank you for posting on your website under Forms for Retirees the link to the Express Scripts 2018 National Preferred Formulary Exclusions and Preferred Alternatives. This is a valuable piece of information that will accompany us on every medical visit in 2018. We urge all retirees to download, print and keep handy.
Thank you, NM Retiree Health for a great morning of presentations in Las Cruces by you and the various providers. We came over from Arizona to attend and it was well worth it. Had many of our questions answered. Your gifts were great - the cool down towel and especially the Boo-Boo Pocket Holder. Fits perfectly in my vest. Thank you for your efforts.
