Village of Alda Village of Alda, was established around 1860. It was first named Pawnee, but later changed to Alda. Population of approximately 650.

91.50 PERMITTED TIMES FOR DISCHARGE OF FIREWORKS.
Permissible fireworks may be discharged, exploded or used in the village on June 24 through and including July 5 of each year; provided that on such days the discharge and explosion of fireworks shall only be permitted during the following times:
(A) June 24 through July 1: 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.;
(B) July 2 and July 3: 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.;
(C) July 4: 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 midnight; and
(D) July 5: 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.

§ 91.51 DEBRIS REMOVAL.
All debris left from the discharge of fireworks in the streets of the village or any other public property located in the village must be removed within 24 hours by the person responsible for such debris and in the event of failure to remove that debris shall be fined $50 upon conviction thereof.
