Learning about the devastating news that has hit the Klyczek family and their sweet daughter Mia has been heartbreaking. We have been praying for full healing for Mia since learning of her illness. The insurmountable pain this family is going through has been sitting so heavy on our minds and hearts. This is a time where family and community should come together as one, not only in prayer, but in purpose. In unity, we can be so much more for this family in need. We want to come together with our Alden community to support this loving family and beautiful little cheerleader by hosting an open tumbling gym class in Mia’s honor, tomorrow, Sunday, February 23rd, 4:00pm-5:00pm. In lieu of collecting money, we are asking athletes to donate a $10 gift card to a restaurant or target, tops, wegmans, etc. All gift cards will be 100% donated to the Klyczek family. We thank you in advance for your generosity, compassion and commitment to uplifting this family during this difficult time.

FORMER FAVORITE ALDEN KID FEATURED ON NFL PAGE Six years ago, The Dueringer Family moved to the suburbs of Indianapolis from Alden. One of the standouts of the family is Talon. The sweet little boy with the amazing smile. Talon, who is now 17, has Wolf-Hirschhorn Syndrome. Today him and his family went the Buffalo Bills / Indianapolis Colts game sporting their Buffalo Bills gear. Talon and his family were given the opportunity to meet Josh Allen. Their video has been shared on various multi media pages, including the NFL and Buffalo Bills. We miss you Talon and we are glad to see that you are doing well.
