🎨 Congratulations to the newest inductees into the Alden Central Schools Superintendent’s Permanent Art Collection!

At the June 3 Board of Education meeting, Lydia B. (Grade 1), Lucy F. (Grade 4), Vivienne W. (Grade 8), Jessica B. (Grade 12), and Kaylen J. (Grade 12) were recognized for their exceptional artistic talent, creativity, and dedication.

Selected for both the quality of their artwork and their outstanding character, these student artists exemplify perseverance, curiosity, and a commitment to excellence. Each received a Certificate of Artistic Achievement, and their work will now become a permanent part of the district’s collection, inspiring future generations of Alden artists.

After defeating Avon 8-5 to capture the Sub-Regional Championship, the Alden Bulldogs Softball Team returned home in style with a police es**rt back to school! 🎉👏

🥎🏆 SECTION VI CLASS B CHAMPIONS! 🏆🥎

What. A. Game. 🤩

On Saturday, May 30, the Alden Bulldogs Softball Team took on Fredonia in the Section VI Class B Championship at Grand Island High School in an unforgettable battle for the title. After a thrilling back-and-forth contest, the Bulldogs secured a 12-11 victory, earning the title of Section VI Class B Champions! 🎉💙💛

Congratulations to our student-athletes and coaching staff on this incredible accomplishment. Their hard work, perseverance, and determination have paid off in a big way! 👏

But the journey continues... 🐾

🥎 Alden now advances to the NYSPHSAA Far West Regional, where the Bulldogs will face either Avon or Waterloo for the opportunity to continue their championship run and move one step closer to the state tournament!

🚲☀️ Oh you know… just another Friday morning at ACS. ☀️🚲

Once again, the Intermediate School started this beautiful Friday morning with another awesome Bike Bus ride to school! Led by Mr. Bergler, students, staff, and parents gathered at the Town Park shelter before riding together to school. 🚴‍♀️🚴‍♂️

What a fun and energetic way to kick off a Friday morning while building community, staying active, and showing Bulldog pride! 💙💛

📅 Two more Bike Bus rides are scheduled for June 5 and June 12 — we’d love to see even more students and families join in on the fun!

🎓💙 Congratulations to Our New National Junior Honor Society Inductees! 💙🎓

Last night, 29 eighth grade students were inducted into the National Junior Honor Society in recognition of their outstanding achievements and commitment to scholarship, leadership, character, citizenship, and service.

We congratulate these students on a phenomenal year of service to our school and community and are incredibly proud of all they have accomplished. We look forward to seeing the positive impact they will continue to make in the future! 👏
