We have two contestants for the Miss Alden contest for 2026!
Madison Fisher is the daughter of Aaron and Amanda Wykle and is a student at Iowa Falls-Alden High School. She is actively involved in numerous school and community activities.
At school, Madison is a member of the Future Farmers of America (FFA), varsity wrestling team, volleyball team, softball team, soccer team, band, and choir. She has also been a member of the Alden Active Achievers 4-H Club for the past eight years.
Madison volunteers her time at events for Hansen Family Hospital, the Hardin County Fair Board, and the Iowa Falls-Alden annual school farm program. She also enjoys mentoring younger wrestlers and assisting with scoreboards at sporting events.
Throughout her high school career, Madison has earned numerous honors and awards, including a State Wrestling Medal, Rabbit Showmanship Awards, the 4-H Spirit Award for Outstanding Leadership in Mentoring Youth Members, Best in Show for Rabbits, Champion Fancy Rabbits, and Reserve Champion Meat Rabbits.
In her free time, Madison enjoys traveling, participating in sports, solving puzzles, and drawing. During her senior year, she plans to remain active in athletics, choir, band, senior activities such as the dance committee while also earning college credit.
Following graduation, Madison plans to attend Buena Vista University to pursue a degree in Business with an emphasis in Accounting.
Olivia Scholte is the daughter of Joe and Kari Scholte. She is an active student at Iowa Falls-Alden High School and has been involved in a wide variety of academic, athletic, and community activities throughout her high school career.
Olivia has participated in the high school golf team, basketball team, volleyball team, and percussion section of the high school band for four years. She also played softball for one year and served on the band leadership team for one year. Through her dedication to athletics, she has earned varsity letters in basketball, volleyball, and golf.
A committed member of her community and church, Olivia was confirmed at the Alden United Church of Christ and volunteers with youth programs by teaching Sunday school, helping with Vacation Bible School, and assisting with church fundraiser meals. She has also volunteered at youth volleyball and basketball camps and participated in flag removal at the Alden Cemetery for Memorial Day.
Olivia's accomplishments include maintaining a place on the B Honor Roll and earning her Lifeguard and CPR certifications. Her hobbies include attending and volunteering at church, participating in sports and band, fishing, snow skiing, kayaking, camping, swimming, crafting, caring for her chickens and turkeys, helping friends with livestock at the Hardin County Fair, and attending music concerts.
During her senior year, Olivia plans to take college courses through Ellsworth Community College while completing her studies at Iowa Falls-Alden High School. After graduation, she plans to attend Des Moines Area Community College (DMACC) and pursue a degree in Business.
