We hope you have the best last day of school! A few reminders as we head into the summer:
📅 Aledo ISD will be closed on Fridays from June 2-July 28
⏰ Summer hours for the district are 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday
🚫 All campuses are closed June 14-July 7
❌ Aledo ISD is closed July 3-7

Don't forget early release tomorrow for all students! Elementary at 11:40 a.m. and Secondary (6-12) at 12:40 p.m.!

The DNG Recognition Ceremony is a student-led ceremony that recognizes positive work habits, character qualities, and academic achievements in classes. Parents/guardians of students who are receiving an award were notified via email on Friday, May 12th. We will have seats reserved for this parent/guardian group for those who choose to attend this in-person ceremony.

Physical space is limited for this event, therefore, we wish to welcome all parents to join us via Facebook Livestream (on the DNG page) for this awards/recognition event.

Students will also recognize their teachers for their contributions to their academic and educational experiences. It is a fun and special time with our students before launching into the final week of semester exams.

Ms. Diaz's art students culminated their ceramics study by moulding & glazing their own mugs, which were fired in an on-campus kiln. They're understandably pleased with the outcome - great expression of individuality in functional art! Making memories!
