Rebecca Quick from the Buchanan Center for the Arts will be at the library on Saturday, September 26, from 12–2 PM for a Kinusaiga Sunflower and Harvest Art-Themed Class.

Participants will learn about the Japanese quilting technique and create their own artwork to take home.

Come learn a new technique and enjoy an afternoon of creativity!

Dive into an unforgettable experience with the National Mississippi River Museum & Aquarium’s Ocean Odyssey Shark Touch Tank Program on Saturday, September 19 at 10:00 AM!

Their traveling touch tank brings live ocean animals right to you! Participants will learn about common misconceptions surrounding sharks and stingrays while discovering the unique adaptations that help these incredible animals survive in their underwater world.
