We are hosting a Clergy Appreciation Luncehon, with guest speaker Jodi Hargrove (pediatric speech therapist), at our February 10th meeting! The meeting will be held at the Lake Martin Innovation Center, 175 Aliant Pkwy, Alexander City, starting at noon. There will also be a raffle for prizes.

Great meeting yesterday with guests from our local Salvation Army: Elisa Jones, Director, and Karen Marable, Board Chair! Did you know that our local Salvation Army has a shower for the homeless to use? They also provide food, clothing, and assistance to locals in need. Please support this wonderful organization with donations of household goods, furniture, and clothing, monetary donations, or volunteer your time to help at the store!

Lake Martin Civitan is accepting monetary donations for Thanksgiving food baskets. We have approximately 50 baskets to fill for families in the Alex City area. The baskets average about $25/basket and will include everything needed for a Thanksgiving meal. Donations can be check, cash or via Venmo. Please feel free to reach out with any questions.
