Sav-A-Life

Our mission is to aid women experiencing an untimely pregnancy, to see the truth of God's word birthed in their hearts and make abortion undesirable.

Sav-A-Life is a non-profit, Christian based organization. We are striving to help the young ladies and women of our community during and after their pregnancy. We are open on Monday through Thursday 8 am to 4 pm. You can reach us at (256)329-2273. Our address is 5 Lee Street, Alexander City, AL 35010 or P.O. Box 38 Alexander City, AL 35011. All of our services are free and confidential. We provide pregnancy testing and a program "Earn While You Learn" that provides infant supplies.

Please save the date for Sav-A-Life’s 2027 Biannual Fundraising Banquet, “For Such a Time as This,” on Tuesday, March 9, 2027. We are honored to welcome Rebekah Hagan, one of today’s leading voices on unplanned pregnancy, chemical abortion, and abortion pill reversal. Rebekah’s powerful personal story is one of courage, hope, and redemption—and we cannot wait for you to hear it.

This will be an unforgettable evening celebrating every life, every story, and the important work God is doing through Sav-A-Life. More details about table hosting, underwriting opportunities, and reservations will be shared soon, but for now, mark your calendar and help us spread the word!

Did you know our clients don’t simply receive items from our Baby Boutique—they earn them? Through our Earn While You Learn program, moms complete parenting and life-skills lessons, gaining practical knowledge and confidence while earning “Mommy Money” along the way.

They can then use their Mommy Money to shop for new baby essentials such as diapers, wipes, bottles, clothing, and more. Just as importantly, meeting with our clients regularly allows us to build genuine, trusting relationships with them. We have the opportunity to walk alongside each mom, encourage her, celebrate her progress, and remind her that she is not alone.

This program is about so much more than material support—it’s about education, encouragement, relationships, and helping moms feel better prepared for the journey ahead. 💛

🐾 On National Dog Day, we celebrate the animals that bring so much joy, comfort, and companionship into our lives.

We go to great lengths to protect them. We speak up when they are mistreated, open our homes to those in need, and remind others that every animal deserves kindness and care. That compassion is a beautiful thing.

But it should also cause us to pause and ask: If we recognize the value of a life that cannot speak for itself, how much more should we protect and cherish every human life?

This isn’t about valuing animals less—it’s about remembering to value people more. Every baby, every mother, and every human life deserves compassion, protection, and the opportunity to be loved.

Both lives are special—but human life is uniquely precious. 💛
