In honor of Memorial Day, we are doing something different for .
Chris Coffland was killed in Afghanistan in 2009. Today we hosted a conversation between those who knew him before his service (including Chris Saxman) and those who served with him (including New Mission PAC’s Liam Gray).
We are hoping that, in offering access to this intimate conversation about who this remarkable solider was as a man, we can provide a reminder that those who give their lives in combat are not only heroes, but also human.
