Another great featured project located on the Eisenhower Corridor! This park was completed in 2016 and is still thriving today. What was once a neglected stream with overgrown with invasive plants was transformed into a stormwater pond that provides treatment for 67.1 acres within the Hooff's Run watershed. This park not only serves as a peaceful escape for the residents at Paradigm Companies Parc Meridian at Eisenhower Station and the recently completed , but it is also a popular spot for the surrounding community. We are thrilled to share the completion of Skanska USA's 3901 Fairfax Drive project, a state-of-the-art workplace that sets a new standard for sustainable design and tenant well-being. With 191,000 SF of office space over 10,000 SF of retail, this project embodies our commitment to creating spaces where people thrive, placing health and wellness at the forefront.

In creating STUDIO39, he believed that it was imperative to develop a culture and work environment that promoted opportunities for staff to learn, contribute, and succeed, participating in a wide range of the firm’s projects.

Joe has cultivated a deliberately small, distinctive practice that has consistently produced acclaimed work, retained high-profile clients for decades, and shaped and promoted the careers of dozens of versatile, skilled landscape architects and designers. STUDIO39 has consistently ranked in the top 10 of the Washington Business Journal’s Book of Lists under “Largest Landscape Architecture Firms in Greater D.C.”.
