We’re in the middle of May, and this is your reminder that it’s still National Military Appreciation Month. 🇺🇸

Established by Congress in 1999, National Military Appreciation Month (NMAM) is a month-long observance held every May to honor current servicemembers, veterans, military families, and those who gave their lives in service to the United States.

At Final Salute, we are proud and honored to support women veterans and all who have served or are serving our nation.

To our military community: thank you for your courage, sacrifice, and service. We salute you this month and always. 💛

May is Military Appreciation Month — a time to recognize the courage, sacrifice, and unwavering commitment of those who have served and continue to serve our nation.

At Ms. Veteran America, this month holds deep meaning. Our competition is built on the stories, strength, and resilience of women veterans whose service has shaped history and continues to shape the future.

Every contestant carries a legacy of leadership, grit, and heart — and this platform exists to honor that legacy.

It also reminds us why the mission of Final Salute Inc. is so critical.

While we celebrate service, we must also confront the reality that thousands of women veterans and their children are currently experiencing, or at risk of, homelessness. Our work ensures they are seen, supported, and never left behind.

This month, we honor the uniform — but we also honor the woman beyond it.

We honor her story, her sacrifice, her voice, and her continued impact.

To all who have served: we see you, we thank you, and we stand with you.
