Fats, Oils, Grease — Protect Your Pipes

Americans Coping With the Coronavirus Are Clogging Toilets

"Flushing wipes, paper towels and similar products down toilets will clog sewers and cause backups and overflows at wastewater treatment facilities, creating an additional public health risk in the midst of the coronavirus pandemic."

Alexandria Renew is conducting predator practices in addition to exorbitant fees. We always pay our bills on time. Due to an online scheduling/banking snafu, payment was apparently a day late. Guess what? We got a collection call. Can you believe it? I can't. This is Unbelievable.
What has Alexandria Renew done to design rates that mitigate some of the impacts seen across the Potomac by DC Water?
Sounds like a good idea
Do you all own that beautiful soccer field next to you?
How do I opted out of this service? If Im reading the correctly my water is being cleaned by Fairfax. What Alexandria city law states that I have pay for this? This service fee is higher than my actual water bill!
Hey Alexandria Renew Enterprises, I'm trying to switch to paperless billing statements and can't find anywhere on your website to do this. Can you provide a link to a form or phone number where I can make this happen? Thanks!
