TWO WEEKS TO GO! The Friends of the Library - Douglas County MN used book sale starts Monday August 3 at 1 pm at the RCC for members only. You can join on the spot. The sale continues for everyone August 4 at 7 am, ending August 7 at 1 pm. This is a $5 bag sale. Bring your own, or use provided grocery bags. Come join the fun and support your library!

How to join the Friends of the Library - Douglas County MN :
There is a membership form on our website dclfriends.org which can be downloaded and taken to the library. Memberships start at $10/year for an individual. You can also join at our Annual Book Sale. The members only presale is Aug 4 starting at 1 pm in the RCC.
If you join at the library you must join by July 25 to get in on the members only presale. Or, you can wait to join at the presale in the RCC.

IT'S ALMOST HERE! The 2026 Friends Annual Used Book Sale. Dates and hours: August 3 Members only Presale 1 pm - 6pm. August 4-5 7am - 6 pm. August 6 7 am - 1 pm. Location: Runestone Community Center. This will be a $5 bag sale. You can bring your own bag, or use bags provided at the sale.
