ReEntry Solutions We work with existing Community Resources and develop needed ones to "Beak the Cycle of Return to Incarceration" in Central Louisiana.

Our 3 focus areas are Employment, Housing & Family Restoration. Re-Entry Solutions is a not for profit 501 (c) 3 tax exempt organization. Our organization is designed to help provide solutions to and for individuals who are struggling with transitioning back into society after release from jails, prisons or corrective programs. We offer services to citizens of Allen, Avoyelles, Catahoula, Evangeli

AVAILABLE POSITIONS (Still Open):
• Systems & Sustainability Manager
Builds and organizes the systems that keep the organization running smoothly—SOPs, tracking, and structure so leadership isn’t the bottleneck.
• Fund Development & Grant Coordinator
Secures and manages funding—writing grants, tracking outcomes, and ensuring financial sustainability and compliance.
• Employer & Community Partnership Developer
Turns relationships into real opportunities—building pipelines with employers, internships, and workforce placements.
• Participant Success & Case Coordination Lead
Makes sure no client falls through the cracks—managing intake, follow-ups, and removing barriers to success.
• Communications & Data Reporting Coordinator
Tells the story and proves the impact—tracking data, creating reports, and aligning messaging across platforms.

You will directly serve justice-involved individuals and families through employment, housing, and reintegration.
✔ Up to $24,800 living allowance

Last November, Re-Entry Solutions had the honor of serving our Louisiana community through our Thanksgiving Turkey Giveaway. Because of generous hearts, committed volunteers, and a shared belief in second chances, families were able to enter the holiday season feeling supported, seen, and cared for.
