HiiT class with Meghan is no joke y’all! Tommy & I can handle it about every other week lol. Lots of options to lower the intensity of each exercise, if u need it! Plus, I’m giggling thru most of class because Meg is part Super Instructor & part Comedian. Highly recommend it! ❀️πŸ’ͺ🏽

So I’ve been a little derailed this week with a back injury. 😒 I’m getting better, but I’m β€œpausing” the more intense workouts right now. U know what I can do tho?? I can still walk & get fresh air & be grateful for the movement I CAN do....❀️ here’s our family walk today, wearing our medals from a virtual 5K we did over the weekend, to support expanded learning at my sons’ school. We encourage u to walk as often as possible! It’s good for the body and soul!
