On Saturday, the spouses enjoyed an outing at Mardi Gras World! Attendees toured a float den and then made masks for the evening’s masquerade ball. A fun time was had by all. Be ready to join in next year!

Last Friday, NGALA kicked off the 95th annual conference with the golf tournament at English Turn Golf Club. The weather was beautiful, the F-15s plentiful, and if you look closely, you might even spot Happy Gilmore!

This Friday, the National Guard Association of Louisiana (NGALA) will present a holiday donation in support of all five Louisiana Veterans Homes.

Dr. Jerome Buller, Deputy Secretary of the Louisiana Department of Veterans Affairs, will be present for the check presentation on behalf of LDVA and the veterans we serve.

We appreciate NGALA’s continued commitment to honoring and supporting Louisiana’s veterans, especially during the holiday season.

Last weekend, members of the NGALA and LANGEA associations participated in the inaugural LANG Cup at the beautiful TPC Louisiana Golf Course in Avondale. Fun was had, memories were made, and the LANG associations benefited. Join us next year to experience the camaraderie and fun!
