ALIVE ALIVE! is the largest private safety net for Alexandrians living in poverty and with hunger. An interfaith nonprofit organization founded in 1969, ALIVE!

is the oldest and largest private safety net in the City of Alexandria, VA dedicated to fighting poverty and hunger. has 50 member congregations. We are also supported by the City of Alexandria, local organizations and businesses, and volunteers.

Thank you, Thursday! 💚

A heartfelt thank you to Alfred Street Baptist Church, Christ Church, Fairlington United Methodist Church, and Washington Street Methodist Church (ALL ALIVE! Member Congregations), along with King’s Church DC and the Andrew Jackson Lodge of the Free Masons, for coming together to complete 16 furniture deliveries this month for our neighbors in need.
