Due to necessary office maintenance, the Alexandria Health Department Main Office at 4850 Mark Center Drive will be closed on Monday, August 17.

Please do not come into the Mark Center Office for services including clinical appointments and health services, vital records, or environmental health office visits. Clients are being contacted about rescheduling appointments.

Services at Alexandria Health Department’s Teen Wellness Center clinics on King Street and West Braddock Road will continue as usual.

Select yard waste collection routes regularly scheduled for Wednesday and Thursday (July 22-23) will be collected on Friday, July 24 due to operational changes. Only addresses that missed their regularly scheduled collection on Wednesday or Thursday will receive service on Friday. If your route is affected, please leave your yard waste at the curb.
