A zine is a self-published, DIY-style book that can be influenced by poetry, prose, comics, and more as a mode for self-expression. Participants will be encouraged to draw, write, and or/share around the themes discussed in "Punching the Air" by Ibi Zoboi and Yusef Salaam. She will discuss her memoir, Lessons for the Edge, as well as the importance of public service and her efforts to assist Ukraine to empower its civil society sector, strengthen its democratic institutions, and fight corruption.
