The Special and Vulnerable Populations Diabetes Task Force, comprised of 13 National Cooperative Agreement (NCA) partners, have created "Diabetes in Special and Vulnerable Populations: A National Learning Series" to increase foundational knowledge of effective strategies to prevent, treat, and manage diabetes among special and vulnerable Health Center Program patients.
On Tuesday, April 9th at 2 PM ET, Fenway Health, National Center for Health in Public Housing - NCHPH, and the National Care for Equitable Care for Elders will share insight on "Behavioral Health and Substance Use Disorder Integration in Older Adults with Cognitive Impairments."
