With Pit Crew BBQ coming from a little over an hour away on this coming Monday, August 31st and the weather forecast mentioning the r word, there was a chance that Pit Crew might not be coming. However, thanks to the help of Heath Austin, we now have a plan B, just in case. In the event that the r word does happen, we will have a place for Pit Crew to be inside along with all of you as you order and wait for your food. So, this coming Food Truck Monday will happen rain or shine.

As a reminder, ATV, UTV, and Golf Cart stickers are due by August 31st to avoid a late fee. The stickers cost $20. If they are purchased after August 31st. The late fee is an additional $10. Village Hall is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. until noon. There are two exceptions this week. Village Hall will be open this evening from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Tomorrow Village Hall will only be open from 8:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. Please try to get your stickers taken care of during those times. Alexis, Village Hall will be open at the regularly scheduled times this week, except on Thursday, when it will be closing at 10:00 a.m. Don't forget, ATV, UTV, golf cart stickers are due by August 31st to avoid the late fee. This Wednesday, August 26th, Village Hall will be open in addition to the normal hours from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Also, don't forget, tomorrow is Food Truck Monday. Smokin' Wi***es will be at the north end of Harkrader Park from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. They Will have drinks available. We'll see you all there!
