KVAC - Kanakadea Valley Aquatic Club KVAC is a non-profit organization dedicated to the development of local swimmers of all ages and ability (beginner, intermediate, and advanced).

KVAC stands for Kanakadea Valley Aquatic Club
KVAC is a non-profit swim club. KVAC athletes have the opportunity to compete against swimmers of their own age and gender from across the Southern Tier. The goal of the program is to train swimmers for competition and to hone their skills in starts, turns and all four competitive strokes. Emphasis will be stroke development and fitness. We believe the main goal of a competitive swim program is FUN!

🌞🏊🏼🏊🏻‍♀️🐟KVAC SUMMER 2017 SWIM SEASON will run from Monday, 1st May, 2017,
through Monday, 24th July, 2017.
Ross Munson will return as head coach, and we will welcome RC Weston, head coach of Alfred State College's Men's and Women's Swimming and Diving, as our new assistant coach! Plus, this is the first season Alfred State's Orvis Center pool will be KVAC's practice home! Let's make it KVAC's best season yet! 🐟🏊🏻‍♀️🏊🏼🌞

Important message from coach Ross:
All -

This Thursday (tomorrow) is Big Dipper night. After practice we go to Big Dipper as a team and enjoy some ice cream in this "hot" weather...

Practice for the advanced group will start at 4:30 and end at 6:30. At 6:30 we will all head over to the Big Dipper.

KVAC will pay for the swimmers; parents need to cover themselves and siblings (yes, they are not only invited, they are encouraged to attend).

If it is down pouring we will post pone.
