The mulch piles are dwindling! Just a reminder its first come first serve, we aren't planning on getting more as we are preparing for our summer rental season to kick off! Pile needs to be cleared by 5/21.

Also reminder annual dues are needed by 6/1, please help us avoid the extra postage in additional rounds of mailed notices.

🚛Algonquin township has offered to deliver mulch, before committing we wanted to see how many would be interested and about how much you'd like. We want to avoid bringing it in if there isn't a lot of interest.

Congratulations to the soon to be parents whose baby shower took place this past weekend at the clubhouse! The transformation of the main room was incredible and still has us in shock. Seating for 60, with room to spare for food, drinks, games, and gifts.
Chair covers shown are now available as an add-on for an additional fee.
