🚨 YOUR LICENSE DOESN’T GUARANTEE YOUR PAYCHECK.

Too many contractors think, “I’m licensed. I did the work. I’m going to get paid.”

But when a payment dispute happens, what do you have in writing? Who approved the work? What was included? When was payment due?

Your license is part of your protection. A properly written contract helps protect the business you worked so hard to build. Without one, collecting what you’re owed can become much harder.

🛑 Don’t wait until a client refuses to pay to start thinking about your paperwork.

Put the agreement in writing. Document your change orders. Set clear payment terms.

💪 You worked hard to get licensed. Work just as hard to protect what you’ve built.

Your license is the foundation. Your contract needs to be part of it.
